FELT RECOVERY
Make your old table new again! It is the toprails and playing surface that you see. Nothing revives your pool table better than fresh cloth. Any of our traditional composition billiard felts are $18.99 per linear foot. Two feet are needed for the rails, and an extra half-foot is needed for the bed portion. Thus, an 8-foot pool table would then require ten and one half feet of cloth. All colors are all priced equally. We proudly recommend Iwan Simonis, the absolute best billiard cloth on earth. NEW CUSHIONS
Press in on your rail cushions. If your cushions feel hard to the touch it is because the natural rubber product has fossilized. This is an extremely involved, labor-intensive ordeal requiring two days of attention. It is not a simple off and on fix. We must remove the old rubber from the rail, and then sand the contact surface and prepare the rail face partition for new adhesive. Next, a smooth layer of contact cement is applied bonding the new rubber fast. Finally, the new cushions are cut and faced accordingly to accommodate a particular angle & bevel specific to your Pool table’s rails.

Assembly and Moving
At W.E.M. Distributors, we specialize in transporting pool tables. It is vital to your pool table that it is moved only when properly disassembled. Not all parts of your pool table are load-bearing. This being said, improper transportation will cause severe damage to the constructive components of your pool table. Our experienced installation specialists will guarantee peace of mind from point A to point B.

We will reassemble your new table or your old table from storage. This will constitute a full installation. This means we will precision level the pool table to 5/1000″ and render the three slate slabs seamless.
Re-Leveling Service
To achieve sufficient level for gameplay, pool tables require leveling both at the foundation (or legs) and at the playing surface. It is common to disrupt the level at the legs and this is easier to fix – $125.00. However, if the playing surface is not level then the process is much more involved. The table will require a complete reinstallation of the three panel slate system – $225.00

Travel Charges
We offer free delivery and transportation up to forty miles, round trip. After forty miles a travel fee of $1.50 / per mile will be applied to the invoice upon completion.
Forty miles free – Over forty mile is $1.50 / per mile per round trip.
Location Charges
Unless elevator access is available, a stair fee will be collected. A charge of $75.00 per flight, or a charge of $5.00 per stair (whichever is greater) shall be invoice in addition. A typical flight of stairs is quantified @ 14 steps

Storage Services
We will house your pool table in our massive 10,000 square foot warehouse at our Baton Rouge, LA headquarters facility. We do require a 30 day minimum obligation. This is a wonderful service considering sometimes there is a lapse between table installations, home selling, etc…
